Kapuściński is a Polish reporter, an idealist and friend of lost causes. In 1975 he travelled to Angola, the last battlefield of the Cold War and a place where a wrong gesture it might cost you your life. The African country and the people he meets in his unforgettable adventure, such as the charismatic guerrilla fighter Carlota, change him for ever. A suicide journey to the heart of darkness led to the journalist becoming a writer. Nominated in the animated films category of the European Film Awards.
