Unique is a sociological review of a heart-warming bunch of women with rugby as the setting. A minority sport if ever there was one, survives in Navarre in the only female team that has existed for 21 years. UNIQUE reflects the merging of this group of women, from different socio-demographic backgrounds and ideologies.
Unique is an observatory that brings me closer to the reality of today’s woman. The human factor, roles, pre-established clichés, non-visible frontiers that take root in our current model of society, gender, community, memory and identity.
