In the field of cultural management, interacting with and reporting to the Administration are common elements. Cultural managers have public spaces available to them, they participate in events that are sponsored or subsidized by the public sector and intervene in the contracting of artists according to their special working arrangements.
This talk will present, among other things, the main lines of legislation applicable to public contracts, subsidies, collective agreements, the award of space for activities or the status of the artist, with the aim of clearly identifying the services provided in day-to-day cultural management and the rules and regulations that govern it. The ultimate aim is to answer the question, often quite a confusing one: how should one interact with the Administration?
